Come experience the magic of Christmases of yesteryear at the Desjardins Illuminated Village! Let yourself be amazed by the magical decor and the festive atmosphere that reigns there. The snow-covered streets, where lights cling to the branches of trees, dangle from skylights and wind the arms of the galleries of illuminated houses, will amaze you. In a universe where traditions, imagination and fairyland meet, accompanied by your family, you will be able to meet authentic or mythical characters. All the different generations will be thrilled to arrive at places where musicians lead you into a good old rigodon, while a star fairy extends her hand to you to dance with her. The Village would not be the same without our traditional and caring Santa Claus who will patiently await your visit in his warm house, accompanied by Mother Christmas.
In addition to the potato candy house, the toy factory and its funny elves, the fantastic tales and legends, the gatherings around the fireplace, you should not miss the famous snowball fights and the Christmas carols at the church.

Foire aux questions
To make the most of the Village illuminé Desjardins , you can eat on the go and not miss a minute of the entertainment. The traditional holiday meal formula, as experienced during previous editions, is not available this season.
The experience will take place rain or shine, except in the event of significant storms. But if you really think about it, there’s more chance that we get a wonderfull snowfall instead of a thunderstorm…and we looooovvveeeee snow!
The usual time to visit all the site is 3 hours. Allow more time if you plan to have a drink, eat something and take full advantage of the outdoor facilities.
You are not required to book your tickets in advance, but we strongly recommend it.
You can definitely bring your children’s sleds to the Village illuminé! It’s nice to have a little rest when you’re a child and it’s a good exercise for parents! The skates, however, will not be useful since our villagers play boot hockey.
