Although you will be back to the nineteenth century, you will notice that the villagers have been busy, as innovations can be found absolutely everywhere! Their inventions and improvements literally bring the streets and ancestral houses of the village to life.

A touch of wonder has arrived in the Village with a multimedia scenography infused with humor and the addition of interactive installations, lighting, sound, and digital animations by Moment Factory. It’s a captivating journey through time that awaits you!

Newcomers to the Village
A one-of-a-kind milliner, an inventor and his curious gadgets, a photographer ready to capture funny portraits, and many other wonderful characters have settled in the Village. They are eager to introduce you to their unusual lives and to all the new stuff they have brought with them.
When it’s hot, we cool off at the Village!
For the pleasure of young and old, visitors can cool off at La Bassine on hot summer days. Our water games will be available during the day as well as certain additions to the various points of sale which now offer more frozen products in order to maximize the experience.

The Relais
With its warm atmosphere, the Relais is the ideal place to enjoy a good meal! It’s up to you to choose between a snack-style menu and a traditional menu inspired by the region. There’s something to satisfy the appetite of young and old ones! In the evening, you can taste a wide variety of appetizers to share and enjoy a drinks menu to make the most of your visit.
Le Belvédère : Picnic area
The belvedere is a magnificent bistro style area offered to those who wish to consume delicacies purchased in the Village and lunches brought from home. Throughout the summer season it’s the perfect place to eat well and enjoy the warm temperature on an enchanting setting near the Saint-François River.
Le General Store
In this emblematic place of the Village, come and taste our lemonades, iced coffees, our wide variety of candies by the pound and several other products! Our coffees are also available for purchase so you can enjoy them at home!
The Donut Shop
In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, come and enjoy our sweet and savory products: popcorn, homemade chips, our cheese curds, hot chocolate and of course, our traditional old-fashioned donuts. New this year, our new range of products, completely parallel, has to be discovered.
The Ice Cream Shop
Stop by our Ice Cream Shop to refresh yourself. Our big novelty, the multidimensional slushes will delight sweet tooths. Ice cream, cotton candy, frozen treats and homemade chips are also available.
The Cheese Factory
The village’s cheese factory sells delicious bags of cheese curds that will satisfy your savory cravings. Although the equipment is not in use, those who are interested can have the production method of this Quebec classic explained to them!
The Bakery
Follow the delicious smell of freshly baked bread to the village bakery and have your pick of our baker’s delicious traditional pastries and loaves.Cookies, breads, turnovers, and cinnamon rolls await! Eat them on the spot or take them home for a tasty breakfast!

How long does the visit last?
Visitors take on average 3 hours to visit the Village, but the majority take the entire day to make the most of the tourist attraction. The time varies depending on your speed of movement, your interest in historical and interactive content.
Is it possible to bring lunches?
Of course ! Picnic areas have been set up at various locations on the site. You can also complete your lunch with our gourmet products available on the site.
What happens if it rains?
The experience will take place rain or shine, except in the event of significant storms.
